Party-Sized Cauliflower and Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) Green Giant® Original Mashed Cauliflower
  • 8 cups steamed green beans, or 4 (14 ½ oz.) cans green beans, drained
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 2/3 cup crispy fried onions, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 3 ½ – 4 quart casserole with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Green Giant ® Mashed Cauliflower: Original as directed on pack.
  3. Steam beans, if using fresh.
  4. Remove Mashed Cauliflower from package and spoon into a large bowl. Add milk, half & half, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme and cayenne and stir well.
  5. Stir in beans and 1 1/3 cup crispy fried onions.
  6. Spoon into prepared casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 1/3 cup crispy fried onions.
  8. Bake for another 5 minutes.
