Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) Green Giant® Original Mashed Cauliflower
- 8 cups steamed green beans, or 4 (14 ½ oz.) cans green beans, drained
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 2/3 cup crispy fried onions, divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 3 ½ – 4 quart casserole with cooking spray.
- Prepare Green Giant ® Mashed Cauliflower: Original as directed on pack.
- Steam beans, if using fresh.
- Remove Mashed Cauliflower from package and spoon into a large bowl. Add milk, half & half, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme and cayenne and stir well.
- Stir in beans and 1 1/3 cup crispy fried onions.
- Spoon into prepared casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 1/3 cup crispy fried onions.
- Bake for another 5 minutes.
